A callable C++ function.

Call it directly, and read its prototype and its documentation.

The pool that holds it is registered by a C++ application embedding Python, so that a script running inside it can call the application’s own functions. Only its pool hands one back, and the wheel alone never produces a pool. The Node binding has no counterpart: it is loaded BY a host rather than embedded in one.

Note: Not directly instantiable.

Return the FunctionPrototype: the name, the parameters and the return type.
