Progress delegate for long-running operations.

Subclass and override step(action, percent) to receive progress updates.

It reports and nothing more: an exception raised out of step is discarded, the operation carries on, and the following steps are still delivered. There is no way to stop the work from here.

step(action: str, percent: float) → None

Receive the progress of a long operation.

action names what is running, percent is how far it has gone, as a fraction from 0.0 to 1.0. The default does nothing.
